Stevie Wonder has followed Charlie Sheen’s footsteps by tearing out a check of $100,000 to 10-year old little girl fighting cancer Jasmine Faulk in a show of support.
It all went down last Saturday in L.A, when Stevie was performing at his annual 17th Annual House full of Toys concert. At a point during the performance, Stevie called out Jasmine and her dad, who works as a security officer. He then told their story, sang Jasmine’s favorite song ‘Isn’t She Lovely’ before presenting the $100k check.
This action follows an earlier donation by actor Charlie Sheen, who donated $75k to help little Jasmine get treatment for a kind of children’s cancer called Alveolar Myosarcoma.
Other moneybags should take note.
