Lindsay Lohan’s prosecutors have softened on their position concerning her lying-to-the-cops and probation violation cases by offering her the option of HOUSE ARREST in stead of lockdown rehab.
Sources told TMZ that both Santa Monica City Attorney and LA Attorney have both agreed that Lindsay must do a 90-day house arrest to avoid jail time, during which the troubled actress will spend many months. We learned that even her lawyer Mark Heller has agreed, but they are still arguing over how much time she will spend.
Meanwhile, there is still a problem: Lindsay Lohan. Sources say she has refused to accept any punishment, which means the case has a ’75 per cent chance’ of going to trial on March 18.
