Justin Bieber is on the road to the court, ‘cos the police has recommended that the LA District Attorney should prosecute him for spitting on his neighbor and threatening to ‘f***ing kill’ him.
As ENTmania! previously reported, Justin Bieber was confronted by an angry neighbor for racing his new Ferrari at breakneck speed inside a gated Calabasas community, but the singer ordered him out of his property, splattered spit on his face and told him, ‘I’m gonna f***ing kill you.’ The neighbor – a successful business man with a wife and three kids – filed a complaint of battery soon afterwards.
The LA County Sheriff’s Department has concluded their investigation, and on Tuesday they filed and sent the case to the DA, recommending that the 19 year old be charged with battery. Cops also say in the docs that Justin may not go to jail because he is a first offender, but he must be subjected to counselling because of his repeated bad behavior.
Police say that they usually make this recommendation to any first offender with a bad temper, meaning that Justin Bieber is not being singled out because of his celebrity status.
