The Canadian model who is claiming that Kanye West cheated on Kim Kardashian by sleeping with her twice has hired a noted lawyer to represent her case.
The lawyer she hired is Bret D. Lewis, who has represented the likes of Rob Dylan, Ike Turner, Jermaine and Randy Jackson ad well as other record labels. And as for the reason why she hired him, Lewis told RadarOnline, ‘She wanted my advice. I have been engaged to give her some advice.’
When asked if Leyla will be giving future interviews, he replied, ‘We are in the process of deciding what she will be doing. I have been engaged to help her decide what her next steps should be. I am an established entertainment attorney and I will be representing her from hereon.
‘I can’t tell you what her state of her mind (is).’
Leyla Ghobadi has insisted that her story is indeed true, despite the backlash she has suffered on the social media. ‘He was aggressive in his pursuit,’ she wrote on her already-deleted Twitter account on Wednesday. ‘I admit I didn’t have to do it I got caught up in the situation. I used to idolize him.’
Then on Thursday she wrote on her Facebook page: ‘Please respect my privacy.’
As for Kanye West, he jetted out to Switzerland the same day the news broke to perform a surprise show at the Art Basel show currently running there.
