It seems that Lady Gaga has some skeletons in her cupboard – ‘cos she has gone to court asking to block some court documents in a lawsuit involving two people who discovered her from coming out to the public.
A court battle is currently going on since 2010 between Gaga’s close friend and former collaborator Wendy Starland and Gaga’s former boyfriend/producer Rob Futari – the former suing the latter for ripping her off from the revenue she felt she deserved for her role in discovering Gaga.
But according to TMZ, Gaga has filed legal documents pleading with the judge to seal certain files containing ‘sensitive, private and personal’ information about her, claiming that if the info goes public, it would ‘inflict significant personal and professional harm upon’ her.
Besides, Gaga claims that she and Fusari are legally bound to keep those info private, as part of a reported ‘non-disparagement agreement’ between them.
The judge is yet to rule on the matter.
