Chris Brown is in serious trouble ‘cos now the L.A County District Attorney has moved to revoke his probation in the 2009 Rihanna beating case.
The DA filed legal documents on Monday asking for the revoking of Chris’ probation, arguing that he violated it in the hit-and-run case where he allegedly exchanged wrong driver’s license and insurance information to the female motorist whose car he collided with.
The female driver, name Olga Gure-Kovalenko, has reportedly indicated her unwillingness to prosecute the singer, but the DA still maintains that it won’t help his case even if the hit-and-run charges are dropped by the judge ‘cos according to the probation terms, he must obey all laws.
Bottom line: If the judge is convinced that Chris violated his probation, he will spend up to four years in prison. This is something Chris knows very well – and so he is not happy about it.
Expressing his displeasure after the DA filed papers in court, he tweeted, ‘I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C’mon!’
He added, ‘I hope people can actually see the truth.’
