Amanda Bynes has been hospitalized under involuntary 5150 hold, after setting a small fire inside the driveway of some random person’s house on Monday night.
The troubled 27-year old star was at that time accused of trespassing at a retirement home in Thousand Oaks CA – and she reportedly started the small fire at another home near the one she trespassed on.
According to TMZ, someone called the fire service reporting the blaze coming from the driveway and when Amanda was spotted standing near the fire, the sheriff’s department was then called to the scene.
When police asked her what she was doing and why she was doing it, the troubled star gave them answers that led to the conclusion that she needed some involuntary psychiatric evaluation. So she was placed on a 5150 hold – an involuntary mental evaluation and observation for 72 hours – that night.
The elderly woman on whose driveway Amanda Bynes built the fire on has said she doesn’t know who Amanda is and was not even aware that there was a fire in her driveway.
