Amanda Bynes accidentally drenched her dog in gasoline – the fuel she used to start a fire in a random stranger’s driveway the night she was placed on a 5150 hold.
In the bizarre surveillance video obtained by TMZ, Amanda can be seen walking into a nearby liquor store with her pet Pomeranian pooch held away from her body. She then makes straight for a restricted ’employees only’ area and goes into the place without permission.
A cashier wearing a black T-shirt can be seen following her into the employees’ room … and according to the store owner, he perceived a strong smell of gasoline coming from the room before seeing Bynes using their sink in an attempt to rinse the dog.
TMZ reports that the cashier confronted Bynes, who ‘freaked out’ and then left without further incident.
The liquor store incident happened around 8:39 pm and moments later police placed Amanda on an involuntary 5150 hold for psychiatric examination and observation.
The whereabouts of her dog is unknown.
