Ellen Kardashian has sued Kris Jenner and her Kardashian children for defamation, claiming that they all plotted to ensnare her in order to pass her out as a shameless gold-digger in their reality show.
As ENTmania! previously reported, the Kardashians sued Ellen for copyright infringement after she leaked juicy details about Kris Jenner’s shortcomings as a parent recorded in their father Robert Kardashian’s diaries to the media and then proceeded to make her a villain in one of their episodes in Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
But Ellen fired back with a petition to file a lawsuit, accusing Kris Jenner and the Kardashian siblings Kourtney, Kim, Rob and Khloe of pulling the lawsuit stunt in order to boost their reality show. She even slammed them for not having ‘meaningful careers or professions’ but instead ‘subsist on exposing their perverse private affairs to the world, including ‘unorthodox sexual acts, extramarital affairs, sex tapes and out-of-wedlock child birth.’
In the lawsuit filed on Wednesday, Ellen accused the Kardashians of hiring a private investigator to ensnare her by trying to sell to her damaging info about them. But when she refused to fall for their antics, they still went ahead to trash her in their reality show, calling her a gold digger who married their father just for his money.
And because of that, Ellen has also dragged Ryan Seacrest and E! productions into the defamation lawsuit, seeking unspecified damages.
