Justin Bieber saw raw poverty in a village in Guatemala, and he was moved so much that he ditched his shirt and helped villagers build a school wall for the kids.
Bieber was at Guatemala over the weekend, where he joined charity group Pencils of Promise in constructing a school building for the kids. He also took off his shoes and gave it to one kid who had none.
Afterwards, he tweeted, ‘Today was 1 of the most powerful and humbling days of my life. Thank u Guatemala & @PencilsOfPromise. Today I saw real happiness. So powerful.’
Then he made a personal video clip where he talked about his ‘life-changing’ experience … and posted it on YouTube and on his blog.
