Brooke Mueller’s bid to get a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband and father of her kids Charlie Sheen has been shot down by a judge.
As you will recall, Sheen had blasted Mueller on Twitter, calling her an ‘evil whore’ who is incapable of taking care of their four-year old twin boys Bob and Max. Sheen had tweeted, ‘There will be a reckoning. There will be a whirlwind, that they will all reap while desperate begging for my forgiveness. You’ve all been warned…’ and had also told TMZ, ‘I will exercise every resource at my disposal. I will, I will, I will, I will empty my entire war chest and if I can’t get it done, I know a guy who can.’
Brooke had quoted the above statements in her petition and had insisted that she is maintaining her new-found sobriety, but Charlie is on a mission to sabotage her.
All these did not sway the judge, who refused to grant her the emergency restraining order. Instead, he has fixed another hearing for next month and Brooke is expected to appear in person.
