Chris Brown has avoided jail again … as he was sentenced to 90 days in anger management rehab.
Chris Brown – who we reported was kicked out from rehab after only two weeks – was in court to present a progress report on his probation in the Rihanna beating case, and the judge was told that he was kicked out of the rehab because of his violent rage. The Probation Dept. requested that Brown be confined in a live-in rehab program for anger management.
TMZ reports that Chris was kicked out of rehab because he angrily shattered his mother’s car window with a stone
According to the [probation] report, Chris’ mom showed up for a family session and was urging her son to stay in the facility for extended treatment. Apparently, Chris violently disagreed with her and in a fit of anger threw a rock through her car window, shattering it.
The report goes on to say without continued therapy and a strong recovery support network, Probation says his prognosis is “very guarded.”
The judge agreed with the report and ordered Brown to check himself into anger management rehab for 90 days in a facility that must be located in L.A and approved by Probation.
He is also mandated to submit himself for random drug testing, as well as take any prescriptions recommended by the facility.
Brown is still at jail risk, ‘cos the judge has requested a report of the Washington DC incident, which has the potential to revoke his probation for the second time.
