Jenelle Evans was arrested on Saturday for disturbing the peace and hurling obscenities following an alleged domestic incident with her boyfriend Nathan Griffith.
According to multiple reports, cops were called the Teen Mom star’s North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina home ‘regarding a male and female yelling profanity outside their residence, causing a public disturbance.’
Evans had locked Griffith outside the house, and the latter agreed to leave the scene ‘to let things cool off’, says the police report.
However, things did not cool off ‘cos cops were again called to the residence for the second time ‘to respond to complaints about loud yelling.’
Evans – who announced she was pregnant with Griffith’s baby three days ago – was uncooperative with cops and locked herself in the bathroom, and when the cops turned to leave, the loud shouting continued.
‘She was yelling profanity in a high-pitched voice [and] then went back into the residence and continued yelling. Evans then went back out to her vehicle a second time, still yelling profanity,’ Gossip Cop quotes a rep as saying. ‘An officer advised Evans to stop using profanity outside the residence but Evans continued to use it.’
When she was eventually arrested for breaching the peace, Evans allegedly ‘told the officers to “go ahead and arrest” her, that she would “just get right back out of jail.”‘
Well she got out one hour later. after taking her fourth mugshot of the year … and immediately took to Twitter to blame the whole thing on a nosy neighbor, denying that she had an argument with her boyfriend.
‘Dude u can say what u want. The cops r sooooo annoyed by my neighbor constantly calling the cops on our dog and sh*t,’ Evans tweeted. ‘Went as far as my mom yelling at my neighbors if they don’t stop she will sue them. She did it to sell a story.’
‘I’ve been in my house all day long… She even said Nathan was outside yelling at my mom on the phone… Lmfao no he wasn’t,’ she continued. ‘me and Nathan weren’t fighting she made it all up, Nathan voice is loud and he walks around outside to talk on the phone.’
