Chris Brown’s probation for beating up Rihanna in 2009 has been revoked again.
A judge on Monday revoked his probation because of the new Washington DC case against him. The judge was convinced that the case was enough evidence to prove that Chris did not obey all laws .. something he’s required to do on probation.
Chris was not sentenced to jail because the judge was impressed with his anger management rehab progress. He has fixed the next hearing for February, and has ordered Brown to stay off smoking medical marijuana.
Meanwhile, the clinical team in the anger management rehab claimed in a progress report filed in court that Chris has been taken off marijuana, and now he is able to ’emotionally regulate himself.’
This is the second time Chris Brown’s probation has been revoked this year. In July, his probation was revoked after he was accused of exchanging wrong insurance info with a female driver whose car he had hit in a minor fender-bender.
