Shia LaBeouf has once again apologized to Daniel Clowes for plagiarizing his work by plagiarizing rapper Gucci Mane’s ‘I’m addicted to lean’ tweet.
Confused? Sorry. Let’s break it down.
LaBeouf has been under fire since last month for plagiarizing artist Daniel Clowes’ cartoon work Justin M. Damiano in his directional debut movie called HowardCantour.com. After Clowes threatened legal action, LaBeouf has attempted several times to apologize, but all his apologies he copied from other famous people’s apologies.
When the plaigarism scandal became too overwhelming, the actor, apparently in a desperate effort to provide an original apology, hired an aircraft to skywrite the words, ‘ I AM SORRY DANIEL CLOWES’ (photo below) and proceeded to brag about it on Twitter:

Now, the Transformers actor is blaming his chronic plagiarizing ways on his ‘sizzurp’ or ‘lean’ (codeine cough syrup mixed with alcohol) addiction and he is apologizing for skywriting.
‘Im addicted to lean & that sh*t ain’t no joke. I can barely remember all the things I’ve done & said. However there’s no excuse 4 skywriting,’ he tweeted on Saturday … but the apology is exactly the same thing Gucci Mane tweeted in September:
What is going on here?
