Justin Bieber’ egging of his neighbor’s house has all it takes to earn him a felony vandalism charge, according to detectives.
TMZ reports that cops believe the damage Bieber caused by hurling eggs at his neighbor’s property is worth tens of thousands of dollars because the very expensive Venetian plaster on the outside of the house has to be redone, and very expensive doors and other items were either damaged or ruined.
According to California law, vandalism damage worth more than $400 is considered a felony. Cops are reportedly eager to nail Bieber for felony because of his numerous law-breaking activities … according to them, there had never been enough evidence to prosecute him … until now.
The District Attorney will get the case next week … and the victim has been instructed to send the damage repair estimates to the police by Monday.
