Justin Bieber has another big problem in his already troubled life … he is currently being charged for criminal assault stemming from the alleged attack of a limousine driver in Toronto back in December.
According to law enforcement sources, they were investigating a member of his entourage over the attack on the driver, but the singer annoyed the cops when he didn’t show up for an interview.
According to TMZ, Bieber is accused of physically attacking the driver. Cops decided to beam the searchlight on him due to the statements they obtained from eyewitnesses of the incident.
Bieber will be booked for assault, cited and released based on his own recognizance.
Meanwhile, Justin has pleaded not guilty to the Miami DUI/drag racing/resisting arrest charges. His lawyer Mark Shapiro entered the written plea for him ahead of the Feb. 14 court appearance. He is not expected to be in court during the hearing, though.
