Pope Francis accidentally said the word ‘F***’ during his weekly blessing from the Vatican on Sunday … and the gaffe was captured on video.
The pontiff had wanted to pronounce the Italian word ‘caso’ (case) but unfortunately, he ended up saying ‘cazzo’ (which means f***) instead. He quickly corrected himself though … but it didn’t go unnoticed.
According to The Local, Pope Francis said, ‘If each one of us does not amass riches only for oneself, but half for the service of others, in this f*** [pause], in this case the providence of God will become visible through this gesture of solidarity.’
The resulting video was uploaded to YouTube but most commenters still backed the beloved Pope.
After all, the Pope is human, most argued … and not an Italian.
