Chris Brown is currently on his way to jail after getting kicked out of rehab – which violates his probation in the Rihanna beating case.
As ENTmania! reported, Chris Brown was ordered to complete 90 days of anger management rehab, which he did. But during a progress report hearing held last month, the judge in the Rihanna beating case ordered him to spend another 60 days in rehab pending the conclusion of the ongoing Washington DC assault case against him.
Part of the probation deal was that if he gets kicked out of rehab for any reason, he will be sent directly to jail.
According to TMZ, Brown was kicked out on Friday morning for violating ‘internal rules’ that does not involve drugs or violence. He was also reported to have been caught having an ‘inappropriate relationship’ with a female worker … but the rehab facility says it was not the reason why he was booted.
Chris Brown was previously kicked out of another rehab facility for throwing a rock at his mother’s car window.
The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that Chris Brown was picked up and jailed in Malibu after a warrant was issued for his arrest ‘for a probation violation related to his conviction’ in the Rihanna beating case. Judge James R. Brandlin had issued the warrant after learning that Chris was kicked out of rehab ‘for failure to comply with rules and regulations of the program.’
He is still in custody without bail … and will appear in court on Monday.
