Chris Brown will remain in jail till April 23 … when a probation violation hearing will take place, it was ruled on Monday.
Presiding judge James R. Brandlin shut down the singer’s bid to be set free, saying that he had an ‘inability to stay out of trouble.’ He also refused to grant the motion filed by his lawyer Mark Geragos requesting that Chris be allowed to enter another rehab program.
According to the facility, Chris was warned to stay 2 feet away from the women in the facility because he beat Rihanna, but he violated it by touching a woman’s elbow and arms. He had also refused to submit himself to random drug testing – and even though he later changed his mind, did the test and came out negative, the initial refusal was still counted as a violation.
Again, Chris reportedly said derogatory things about rehab during a group therapy session … and lastly, the judge quoted him as saying while at a rehab joint, ‘I am good at using guns and knives.’
As a result, Chris will remain in jail until April 23 … and according to TMZ, he has been placed in solitary confinement 23 hours a day – and will only be allowed to bathe once every two days.
