Chris Brown’s bodyguard has been found guilty of assaulting a guy in Washington DC – and now it has set the stage for the singer’s trial for the same assault charge.
On Monday, the judge ruled that Christopher Hollosy did assault a man outside the W Hotel in DC last October, even though Hollosy claimed he punched the guy because he tried to force himself into Brown’s tour bus.
Both Chris and Hollosy were charged with assault and Hollosy’s conviction is nothing but bad news for Brown. This is because if he is found guilty, his probation in the Rihanna beating case will be revoked and he may spend up to 4 years in jail.
Brown’s trial begins later today.
