Eminem has apologized to his mother Deborah Mathers in his Mothers’ Day release Headlights.
The rapper has been bashing his mother in his songs for years, and in one of his popular songs Cleanin’ out My Closet, he even said, ‘I hope you f***ing burn in hell.’
But now, Eminem says in the new song that the ‘medications’ have kicked in, and he is ‘sorry’ for his utterances against his mom.
Referring to Cleanin’ out My Closet, Eminem said, ‘I know it’s not your fault, and I’m not making jokes. That song I’ll no longer play at shows, and I cringe every time it’s on the radio.’
‘Happy Mother’s Day,’ he tweeted along with the link to the music video on Sunday.
