The police is investigating Justin Bieber for attempted robbery after a woman filed a complaint saying that the singer seized her phone.
According to the Fernando Valley woman, she was at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park with her 13-year old daughter Monday night when she spotted Bieber and his entourage playing mini golf and hitting balls.
Then Bieber and his group got into a heated argument with a group of guys and in the midst of the fracas, he noticed that she was going for her phone. He then demanded that the phone be given to him so he could delete any photos of the incident the woman may have taken.
When she initially refused, Bieber went straight to her purse and took the phone … but he gave it back because he couldn’t access it because of the lock code. He again demanded that the woman unlock the phone and show him the photos and when she did, no photos of the altercation was found.
The woman said she and her daughter only approached Bieber to greet him, but when she told him that he allegedly replied, ‘You’re humiliating yourself in front of your daughter. Why don’t you just get out of here.’
At that point, her daughter started crying … and Bieber started shouting at someone else.
After the complaint was filed, LAPD officials went to the woman’s home on Tuesday to take a report to determine if any crime was committed.
No word from Bieber’s camp.
