Shia LaBeouf was arrested for disorderly conduct after getting kicked out from Broadway Musical Cabaret on Thursday night.
According to some witnesses, the actor appeared to be extremely drunk, loud and obscene during the show at Studio 54 in NYC. He was reportedly smoking inside the hall – which is against the law – reportedly grabbed some people’s butts, and hurled spit at them.
Prior to the incident, LaBeouf was pictured pursuing a homeless man over a hat he thought was his. People around there said that the actor ‘whacked out’ during the confrontation, and was not making any sense whatsoever.
During the Broadway show, LaBeouf was quoted to have told security as they tried to eject him from the premises, ‘F*** you. This is f***ing bullshit. Do you know my life? Do you know who the f*** I am? Do you know who I am?’ When he was being booked at the police station, he allegedly spit at a police officer.
Shia was charged on two counts of disorderly conduct, one count of criminal trespassing, and on count of harassment.
He has since posted bail pleading not guilty to all the charges on Friday.
