Justin Bieber was on Wednesday charged with misdemeanor vandalism for egging his neighbor’s house back in January.
The charge was filed by the L.A County District Attorney after months of trying to decide whether to charge him with a felony or the less-serious misdemeanor.
Bieber will be arraigned in absentia later in the afternoon, where he is expected to cop a plea deal with prosecutors after pleading no contest to the charges. According to the deal, he will not be sent to jail. Instead, he will be placed on 1 year probation and ordered to perform community service.
In addition, Justin will be ordered to pay for the damage to the neighbor’s house caused by the egging, which is estimated at $20,000.
