Donald Trump says the aid workers who volunteered to help control the biggest Ebola virus outbreak in history ravaging West Africa and got infected in the process ‘must suffer the consequences’.
The business mogul took to Twitter last week to say his mind after it was reported that two American aid workers in Liberia have gotten infected and have been flown back to the U.S for treatment.
In a series of tweets, Trump said the workers did ‘great’ by going that far away to help, but must bear the ‘consequences’ of their actions.
‘Ebola patient will be brought to the U.S. in a few days – now I know for sure that our leaders are incompetent. KEEP THEM OUT OF HERE!’ tweeted the frightened (?) Trump on July 31.
‘The U.S. must immediately stop all flights from EBOLA infected countries or the plague will start and spread inside our “borders.” Act fast!’ Trump wrote. ‘The U.S. cannot allow EBOLA infected people back. People that go to far away places to help out are great-but must suffer the consequences!’
Trump went on to label President Obama as ‘grossly incompetent,’ predicting that ‘Iraq will fall to the people that hate the U.S. the most – just outside of Baghdad.’
‘Stop the EBOLA patients from entering the U.S. Treat them, at the highest level, over there. THE UNITED STATES HAS ENOUGH PROBLEMS!’ screamed Trump in 140 characters.
