Justin Bieber has agreed to a plea deal in his Miami DUI case, it has emerged.
According to Miami Herald, Bieber will plead guilty to careless driving and resisting a police officer without violence. He will also have to attend 12-hour anger management classes, watch videos of tragic DUI cases and donate $50,000 to charity.
In turn, the DUI charges will be dropped and he won’t get jail time or the dreaded probation.
As you will recall, ENTmania! ran a story about this plea deal being reached back in June, but from all indications, the deal negotiations dragged on for longer than everyone expected.
Bieber now has 2 plea deals in his collection. Last month, he copped a plea deal in the egging case and was placed on two years probation, 5 days labor, ordered to pay his neighbor $80,900 and attend anger management classes for 12 weeks.
The new plea deal will be entered today in court. Justin will not be present at the hearing.
