A Dating Naked cast member is suing VH1 and a slew of others after they failed to blur her crotch before airing an episode, resulting in the whole world seeing her most private of privates.
In the $10 million lawsuit, 28-year old Jessie Nizewitz accused the network of airing her uncensored crotch even after producers repeatedly promised her that it would be ‘blurred out’ during the show’s third episode in May. The promise was made in order to convince her to perform a WWE style stunt on her date.
‘I felt lied to, manipulated and used. I was horrified,’ Nizewitz told New York Post, saying that she was humiliated to tears by the response she got from the social media after the show aired on July 31.
‘I immediately started getting text messages. Everyone saw it,’ she said. ‘One of the messages read, “So your money shot is on cable TV.”‘
Nizewitz also disclosed that even her own family was not spared from seeing her uncensored crotch [WARNING: NSFW, not advised!], and the incident cost her a ‘budding relationship’ with a man she had been seeing for a month.
‘He never called me again after the show aired,’ she lamented. ‘I would have hoped we could have had a long-term relationship. He was employed, Jewish, in his 30s and that’s pretty much ideal.’
‘My grandma saw it. I saw her this week and she didn’t have much to say to me. She’s probably mad. My parents are just annoyed.’
The lawsuit names Viacom, Firelight Entertainment, and Lighthearted Entertainment. They have not yet commented on the suit.
‘I think they owe me a huge apology,’ Nizewitz said.
