Chris Brown has pleaded guilty to assaulting a fan in Washington DC in October last year.
Brown was in court on Tuesday where he accepted a plea deal and apologized to the court for his actions. The singer also told the court that he wanted the case to go away so that he could go back on tour as his legal woes had significantly damaged his music career.
He was sentenced to time already served – 2 days in a DC jail and 108 days in an L.A jail due to the case violating his probation in the 2009 beating case.
His bodyguard Christopher Hollosy was previously convicted in April of misdemeanor assault.
