Lindsay Lohan still needs to work on her stage confidence, as audience members watching her Speed-the-Plow stage performance in London laughed at her as she visibly struggled to remember her lines and keep her composure.
According to several reports, Lohan was very nervous and constantly forgot her lines during the preview, prompting production crew members to feed her lines from backstage. She also carried a prop book with her on the stage, which she frequently consulted.
Some audience members were quick to blast her in their reviews, while others simply said she needs more work and can improve.
ENTmania! agrees with the latter … more practice, more confidence and less fumbling. After all, nothing perfect is expected from the first preview of any show, no matter how good the performer is.
Lindsay had earlier said she hopes to use the production to resurrect her acting career. She still has till October 2 to improve her acting skills.
