Amanda Bynes on Friday accused her father of sexually abusing her as a child, but later declared the allegation as false, saying a ‘microchip in my brain’ made her say what she said.
TMZ reported that Amanda’s parents Rick and Lynn Bynes have finally realized that their daughter needs help, and have secured a reservation in an unnamed special treatment center for her. But on learning about it, she tried to flee New York, only to enter into a shouting match with airport workers, resulting in her being escorted out of the facility.
It was during her time on the run that Amanda sent out the accusatory tweets (each line represents one tweet), which reads in full:
My dad was verbally and physically abuse to me as a child
I need to tell the truth about my dad
He called me ugly as a child and then asked me if I wanted to have sex with him and i did not know how to respond and I said no and then
I was forced to live with my dad which was a total nightmare
My dad fondled himself in front of me so many times that i started recording him on my phone in hopes of catching him
saying or doing something inappropriate around me so I could get him arrested & put in jail for the rest of his perverted life
My mom knows that my father’s literally and physically incestual towards his own daughter and the fact that she never called the police on
Him embarrasses me to no end
So, today I am meeting with a lawyer to get a restraining order against my dad
I cannot hear the sound of His incestually charged voice ever again and I’m just being honest
I will not be manipulated or brainwashed by anyone anymore
So let me live my own life free of unhappiness and misery
So call me what you want but please do not call me crazy or insane because that’s a joke
Amanda’s mother dismissed the allegations, saying in a statement that ‘I am heartbroken today for my husband of 47 years.’
Rick has been the best father and husband a family can ask for. He has never abused Amanda or our other children physically or sexually. These accusations are absolutely horrible and could not be further from the truth!
These allegations stem from Amanda’s mental state at the moment. They have no basis in reality. It saddens me beyond belief that my husband’s character could be slandered in such a way.
Shortly after, Amanda herself took to Twitter to confirm what her mom said.
‘My dad never did any of those things,’ she tweeted. ‘The microchip in my brain made me say those things but he’s the one that ordered them to microchip me.’
By saying that she has a microchip in her brain, Amanda has confirmed two things:
1. She did grant In Touch an interview even though she’s denying it, and
2. She really needs help.
Put her in your prayers, people.
