Dr Luke has invoked Kesha’s denial of writing Die Young following the 2012 Sandy Hook massacre as part of his efforts to prove in court that she’s a chronic liar.
As ENTmania! reported back in 2012, Kesha’s Die Young was pulled from the airwaves following the tragedy, and the singer said on Twitter that she never wrote the song, but was ‘forced’ to sing it. Soon after, it emerged that Kesha earlier went on radio to say that she ‘wrote and rewrote and rewrote that song 10 times’ – and this she said before the Sandy Hook incident took place.
As you know, Kesha is now suing her long time manager Dr Luke, claiming that he physically and sexually assaulted her, also blaming him for her eating disorder which caused her to enter rehab earlier this year.
But Luke in his counter suit called Kesha a liar who claimed he wrote Die Young so she could distance herself from the Sandy Hook massacre. He also alleged that Kesha even paraded herself as Mick Jagger’s daughter even though she knew she was not … and called her a horrible person who once locked out her mother from a hotel room without any shoes or money, forcing the latter to ‘wander the hotel’s casino floor, begging for assistance.’
This case keeps getting uglier every day.
