A judge on Wednesday threw out more than half of Lindsay Lohan’s completed community service hours, ordering her to serve an extra 125 hours.
As ENTmania! previously reported, the actress completed her community service stemming from her 2012 reckless driving case in an incredibly questionable manner, prompting an investigation by prosecutor Terry White, who ended up ultimately dismissing the service as fraudulent.
Chief among White’s complaints about the service was that Lohan was awarded six hours for just acting on stage and meeting fans, and was also credited with hours for allowing a bunch of probationers to follow her around. Again, White was upset because Lohan was made to launch a fundraiser for her London-based community service center CSV. His argument was that what counts as community service was what she does for the public, not for the organization.
The judge obviously sided with White … and now Lohan has 125 more hours to complete
