John Robert Lind, the man who was last August charged with sexual assault for ejaculating inside his female co-worker’s coffee has been cleared by a Minnesota court, even though he admitted to doing the deed.
As you will remember, Lind admitted to ejaculating twice into Pat Maah’s coffee and several times on her personal effects in the office. He said he committed the act because he likes her, and he wanted her to notice him.
Lind was charged with two counts of sexual assault but the judge threw out the charges against Lind because Minnesota law does not recognize Lind’s behavior as a sexual crime … and then suggested she lobby lawmakers to change the law to include it.
Maahs fully intends to do just that and according to CBS outlet WTVR, a lawmaker is already working on it and if it is passed, it will count as a felony … and the felon will have to register as a sex offender.
