Kim Kardashian was swarmed and verbally attacked by anti-fur protesters during a book signing on Tuesday.
The reality star was signing her new book Selfish – a book that only contains her selfies – for fans at the Barnes & Nobles in New York on Tuesday when a group of protesters carrying placards started berating her in her face for wearing fur.
‘You need to stop wearing fur. It’s horrible. You’re a terrible person,’ yelled one protester. Another shouted, ‘Can you make [the autograph] out to all the animals that have been tortured and killed for you to wear a fur coat?’ A third person added, ‘Kim, do you know how many animals are tortured and killed for your jackets? Do you know how many animals are skinned alive and anally electrocuted?’
Other protesters settled to call her a ‘murderer’ and ‘the most disgusting human being on the planet.’ Shouts of ‘Shame on you!’ can be loudly heard.
Kim kept her cool throughout the ordeal and continued signing her books with a smile permanently plastered on her face.
The protesters were eventually removed by security.
