Lindsay Lohan has failed yet again to complete her community service … and again, she has been given another chance to complete it.
As ENTmania! reported, Lohan was ordered to complete an additional 125 hours of community service in February stemming from her 2012 reckless driving case after the prosecutor and judge found fault with the way she was credited with hours for doing things like acting on stage and meeting fans. Now it’s more than two months since the ruling, and Lohan has just completed a measly 9 hours 45 minutes.
On Thursday, Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Holley appeared in court to give a progress report, where she gave the flimsy excuse that her client didn’t complete the service because the community service office in her London base moved … and now she has to hire a car service and travel 3 hours to-and-from the new location.
Holley asked the court to allow Lohan to complete the service in Brooklyn. Judge Mark Young agreed but warned, ‘If Lindsay does not get this done by May 28th there will be consequences.’
