Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the 21-year old extremist who, with his elder brother, caused the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing, has been sentenced to death by lethal injection.
The sentence was handed out a federal jury sitting in Boston on Friday. Tsarnaev showed no emotion as he was sentenced.
Last month, Tsarnaev was found guilty of all 30 charges related the April 13 bombing, which took place at the finish line, resulting in 3 deaths and many injured and maimed for life.
