Bruce Jenner has responded to the wrongful death lawsuit filed against him by the stepkids of Kim Howe, the victim of the PCH car crash he caused back in February, saying that it lacks merit.
As ENTmania! reported, Howe’s adult stepchildren filed the lawsuit against Bruce earlier this month, accusing him of being ‘careless and negligent’ when he hit their stepmother’s white Lexus. They also accused him of speeding … an allegation not corroborated by police.
In his response, Bruce said that the accident was indeed ‘a terrible tragedy,’ but maintained that 57-year-old William and 60-year-old Dana do not deserve to be financially compensated by him because they were never close to their step mother or had any relationship with her … and were never dependent on her for basic needs.
He is asking for the case to be thrown out.
