Nicki Minaj has responded to the diss track against her by ex-fiance Safaree Samuels by saying that he’s being punished by God for cheating on ‘a loyal woman.’
As you will remember, a clip of Safaree’s new song Love the Most leaked on Wednesday, and in it the rapper accuses Minaj of being ungrateful and heartless, and making him feel like a ‘motherf*** fool’ after kissing Nas in one of her music videos.
But in a series of tweets, some of which have been deleted, Minaj shot back, ‘Lesson: don’t cheat on a loyal woman. God will punish you. When he does, tell people the truth. The truth may set u free. Love. Always.’
‘Enough with the pity party,’ she said in another deleted tweet. ‘I’m happy today not b/c of [current boyfriend Meek Mill]. But b/c I know I’m a good person. Don’t hate u. will always love u. I forgive u. It’s time to move on.’
And in response to Safaree’s claim that she tossed out their 12-year long relationship to the drain just like that, Minaj said, ‘Making a 12 yr relationship work at such a young age? We’re BOTH the real MVP. Things got rocky at the end but we had a GREAT run. #B4Ujudge.’
