Paris Hilton was a victim of a viciously awful prank involving a staged plane crash … and now she’s planning to sue the pranksters for emotional distress.
The heiress/DJ was in Dubai for a red-carpet event and afterwards, popular Egyptian TV star Ramez Galal invited her for a 15-minute aerial tour of the city. The crew for the Egyptian TV show ‘Ramez in Control’ was on board the plane, but unknown to her, they were planning to rattle her by telling the stuntsman-pilot to shut down the engines and nose-dive the plane, so that it would look as if they were crashing.
So when the prank was carried out, Hilton was completely gripped with mortal fear for her life and there is a video (below) that shows how intense that fear was. Now she says the experience has made her gravely afraid to fly … which is a problem since she almost always travels by air.
Now Ramez and co may be smiling for a prank well executed, but Paris is not. According to multiple reports, she has consulted her lawyers over the possibility of suing everyone involved in the prank, and they have told her she has a very good case of emotional distress.
Now all Paris has to do is to get the names to sue.
