Dennis Rodman has been taken to the online cleaners for daring to support Hulk Hogan and Donald Trump.
As ENTmania! previously reported, Hogan is in the midst of an N-word scandal – which has cost him his contract with the WWE – because he angrily used the word 8 years ago to describe his daughter’s boyfriend … and it was caught on a sex tape.
And Trump, of course, has been under fire ever since he announced his presidency bid last month for his comments about Mexican immigrants.
Taking to Twitter on Friday, the NBA legend declared his support for both men, writing, ‘I’ve known
@HulkHogan for 25 years … There isn’t a racist bone in that mans body. Lets lend our support to the Hulkster @HulkHogan who most certainly is not a racist @Scottiepippen @MagicJohnson @Shaq @MikeTyson.’
And as for Trump, he wrote, ‘@realDonaldTrump has been a great friend for many years. We don’t need another politician, we need a businessman like Mr. Trump! Trump 2016.’
Rodman’s pubblic support for both Hogan and Trump has caused his name to trend worldwide on Twitter, with many blasting him for being ‘insane’ and having ‘excellent taste in dictators,’ a reference to his controversial visit to North Korea in 2013 to meet Kim Jong Un.
Like Trump, Rodman has refused to apologize for visiting North Korea … and it is most unlikely that he will even pay attention to this one.
