Ronda Rousey retained her UFC bantamweight title on Saturday night after making a very short work of her challenger Bethe Correia.
After landing a series of punishing punches, Rousey knocked out the Brazilian in a match that lasted only 34 seconds.
After the match, Rousey paid tribute to the late WWE legend ‘Rowdy’ Roddy Piper, saying, ‘We’ve lost a really close friend, “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, who gave me his permission to use his name as a fighter, so I hope he and my dad had a good time watching this today.’
