Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend Nick Gordon piled her with drugs and drowned her in a bathtub, this according to her estate’s lawyer and conservator Bedelia Hargrove, who just filed new docs in the ongoing $40 million lawsuit against Nick.
According to the new documents, Hargrove claims Gordon came home from an all-night cocaine and alcohol binge at around 6 am in January 31 – hours before Kristina was found facedown in a bathtub – and became angry after reviewing security footage.
The lawyer says Gordon began arguing with Kristina in the kitchen, accusing her of cheating and calling her a ‘whore and b***h.’ Their fight spilled over from the kitchen to the master bedroom … and eventually at a point, Gordon allegedly gave her a ‘toxic cocktail’ that rendered her unconscious.
The lawyer alleges that Gordon then dragged the unconscious Kristina to the bathtub, which was filled with water, and placed her facedown in it before changing his clothes, going off to bed, placing his head on a female guest’s ankle and saying, ‘Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.’
Fifteen minutes later, another person believed to be mutual friend Max Lomas came in and pulled her out of the tub. Gordon allegedly rushed into the bathroom let the water out of the tub and yelled, ‘Clean up, clean up!’ before administering CPR on her till emergency services arrived.
The docs also mention that police found a dust pan in the bottom of the tube, and one of Kristina’s teeth was loosened when she was found, indicating that there was some violence. From USA Today:
The amended suit also goes into more details on an incident where Gordon allegedly knocked out a tooth of Bobbi Kristina. According to the lawsuit, days before Jan. 31, several witnesses saw Gordon punch Brown as she sat on a couch. The lawsuit said that the impact was so great that the couch broke, knocking Brown to the floor. Gordon continued to attack Brown on the floor, “hitting her in the face until she was bloody,” the suit said. It goes on to say that Gordon then began kicking Brown in the side “to the point that she was on the floor screaming and curled up in a fetal position.” Brown’s tooth was knocked out in the attack, the lawsuit states.
Gordon then allegedly dragged Brown up the stairs by her hair to the master bedroom, later telling witnesses, “I don’t do this often.”
As ENTmania! and other outlets have reported, Gordon has denied any wrongdoing, saying that Kristina died because she did too much drugs that day.
