Donald Trump kicked out a reporter from Univision for not waiting to be called before asking him questions.
The Republican presidential front runner was at a press conference in Iowa on Tuesday and when it was time for questions, Jorge Ramos, who anchors Al Punto at Univision, sprang up and began firing questions at Trump over his stance in immigration.
‘Sit down, you weren’t called, sit down,’ Trump snapped.
‘I have a right to ask a question,’ insisted Ramos, to which Trump retorted, ‘No you don’t. Go back to Univision.’
Trump then signaled security, who escorted Ramos out of the room. Later on however, he allowed Ramos to reenter and ask his questions, to which he reportedly gave half-hearted answers.
Later on, Univision news chief Isaac Lee said in a statement, ‘We’d love for Mr. Trump to sit down for an in-depth interview with Jorge to talk about the specifics of his proposals.’
As ENTmania! reported, Trump has an ongoing beef with Univision, who was the first to fire him after he declared his stance on illegal immigration in his presidential announcement. He is suing the network for $500 million, alleging that it violated their iron-clad contract by refusing to air his Miss USA pageant.
