Justin Bieber has threatened to sue media outlets who published naked photos of him this week.
On Wednesday, paparazzi long-distance photos of a completely naked Bieber jumping into a pool while vacationing at a private residence in Bora Bora was obtained and published by New York Daily News. From there, the photos spread to other media outlets and eventually landed on social media. Although the paper censored the photos, it did not take long for the uncensored ones to show up on Twitter.
On Thursday, Bieber’s legal team fired off multiple cease-and-desist letters to the outlets that published the photos, ordering them to take the shots down as they were taken without his knowledge and therefore, invaded his privacy.
Bieber’s team say they will sue any media outlet that refuses to take down the photos.
